PASS Programs
(positive alternative to school suspension)
Preble County Juvenile Court along with the Preble County Educational Service Center developed the PASS program in response to growing concerns among administrators, teachers and Juvenile Court staff regarding the lack of disciplinary options that support educational programming. Students in grades 4-12 whose behavior in school has resulted in a potential suspension, expulsion, or whose poor attendance has placed them at risk for failure in their current grade level are appropriate students for the program. Students must be referred by their respective district building principal or the Preble County Juvenile Court.
PASS SERVICES

PASS GOALS
- To reduce out of school suspensions.
- To increase attendance for school districts.
- To avoid loss of credit for students.
